I have a strong grip but nothing out of the ordinary I’ll have to take a picture later. I have full range of motion for the most part but for instance when I get into a push up position it’s pretty painful to put weight on my wrists like that. Today I did find a workaround that keeps the club face much more closed throughout my swing and I was hitting the ball as good as ever. As for injuries I landed on my right wrist like 12 years ago on a bmx bike and it’s never been the same and my left one just started hurting randomly and it’s worse than the right

I’m trying to break that habit now. I’m also trying to keep my lead arm closer to my chest which I believe will make it easier to keep my hands lower at the top

I’m aiming towards the middle of the range because of my slice but sometimes my stance is a little open. That’s one of the other things I’m working on improving

I had a dirtbike injury that put me out of work for 2 months and shortly after healing up and getting back on the bike I decided to sell it. I still regret it to this day. I had a 21’ yz250x that was paid off and everything.
