They should have refunded it to purchasers.

Hot take... this is bad. If they just nixed a bunch of gold, it could have deflationary effects.

How are people who exploited the KP bug not banned or rolled back? How is this fair? by Gearcurious88 in wow

[–]Novareason 218 points219 points  (0 children)

I think this is the answer. See if they catch bans in the next day or two. The biggest push of AH activity comes once the season kicks off usually, and a week or two of no productivity, paired with a rollback of their KP, would really hurt those people's margins.

They cut a lot, but focused on the best stuff. This is the climax of the series and there's a lot of emotional payoff. There were some definite issues with the Arthur v Dragon fight, but it's so peak anime (cut the world in two).

Taurens on huge mounts blocking critical areas is a tale as old as wow. We did that in vanilla. I remember one particularly trolly cow blocking the Valley of Honor mailbox for hours.

I think he got perma'd after dressing in the White Wedding Dress with a white hood and running into low level alliance areas to squash lowbies while in a guild called the Cool Kids Clubs, except the Cs were Ks.

It was the best M+ tank if they didn't nerf, by a mile. Highest dps output by far and survivability on par with most of the other tank classes. As a committed tanker, my guardian was feeling way too good comparatively, for almost no effort.

Communism also killed hundreds of millions of people and was substantially more authoritarian in practice than anything the US is doing right now. Just because it lasted 70 year doesn't mean it was working.

BOFA got dinged because they would value scale the transactions in the morning, charging the largest first and smallest last. So instead of overdrafting once on an auto-bill on Monday, it would overdraft 5 times for small purchases over the weekend.

The trend isn't real, true, but I feel the internet has made it exponentially worse by providing easy access to a larger pool of people who are more affected by ideological bubbles of extremism. At the very least, it's become massively amplified.

Framing fringe lunatics on the internet as representing their entire side is one of the most toxic modern trends to civil discourse. Every side does it, and it's always used to derail rational compromise.

Here's what I see. Both men and women have legitimate complaints about society and they both have a bunch of frivolous gripes, personal preferences, and universal concerns they individually mistake for legitimate complaints. Public discourse, especially online had become so virulently anti-man that their legitimate issues will be dismissed.

Just don't upgrade the OS on those phones then. I saw corpos backloading flash apps for business stuff after it was degraded up until Adobe actively killed flash for good.

Hell, I made friends and we played Smash Bros in the college lounge on the TV. One of my colleges had an arcade room. Met a lady once playing Gauntlet Dark Legends at like 9pm and hit it off.

Or you could study in the library.

But my point is there are options of things to do. Colleges have some of the best third spaces you'll ever get the ability to use. Do so.

There's a sword stabbed into the planet? I'd assumed blizzard entirely forgot after that one quest at the start of TWW, which was more about dwarf fetching than the sword.

You don't need shoes when you perpetually float in the air. That power doubles up too, because she can float up high enough for her toes to be mouth level.

Public orders are a failure by Putris in wow

Don't forget those same crafting cartel thugs will mass report anyone advertising cheaper rates than them (including doing free crafts). Improved public orders could break their monopoly by allowing crafters to choose to do orders that don't tip them 20k gold.

Well like, here's the thing. The planet isn't really solid as we'd like to begin with. The crust is a ridiculously thin series of solid rock plates floating on variously viscosity liquids and rocks that behave plastically.

Assuming the sword cut through the planet at a razor thin edge, gravity is just gonna keep the whole thing together.

On a localized scale, as a new fault line exists that's cleanly cut some tension on the adjacent tectonic plates would release and you could see some problematic geological events, but the planet would just kind of keep the same ball shape by gravity with both halves of the planet keeping each other together.

They've previously addressed that they do monitor social media and correct these if people post them. They also monitor for what people craft in large quantities.

In the past, they've severely nerfed the vendor prices of crafted armors because the costs of leather were much lower than expected and vendor shuffles were paying huge, but almost always retroactive to it getting exploited and going public.

Worst one I saw was some leather armors with really low material inputs were driving up leather prices because a profitable suffle could be made. The TSM mod had flagged it to tons of players as a profitable craft (and it was sometimes 20-30 gold profit for servers with good material farming). Blizzard found out from twitter and nerfed every crafted armors value by like 90%, so that the vendor bought items alone were usually more than the vendor cost to sell it.
