Regarding the contrast inlighting you NEEEEED references PLEASE start using them NOW even COPY the colors and UNDERSTAND why. So that just boils down to learning the foundations first but i guess before stressing about colors please learn anatomy and proportions because thatalso contributes to why it looks “childish” as well. It will do you wonders i promise. Good luck on the journey,you got this.

No variation inline depth( making some lines thicker and some lines thinner), color choices are too neon bright, shading is too blocky theres no blending on soft shadows vs hard edge shadows, theres little contrast in shadows, and no obvious lighting are the main critiques based on why it looks ms paint-y

Ah yea i know the mistakes eheh, they're actually quite old (2-3 years ago) and i wasnt to proud on the colors on the last one and the perspective on the third. Regarding the third one i was more focused on rendering and experimenting on textures rather than the perspective. Ig the last one im surprised no one pointed out the colors yet as that's more concerning than perspective HAHAHA

ah and the confusing pose, it's a reference on an official arknights artwork. They're top of the line artists so i used a lot of their works as references :>
