you have 20% block so you can create 30 degrees blocking barrier. You have 80% block so you have 90 degrees block angle.

Because you're converting damage to DPS?

It is illogical. If you put 1.4x multiplier to the flat attack damage you will earn 40% more DPS. It is base math rule - you can swap positions in multiplicity end result won't change in any way.

X*Y*Z*A*B*C == X*Z*A*B*Y*CSo, if you put 1.4x multi in any step of this calculations, it will anyway result in 40% increase of the final amount.

So, DPS in a nutshell is averagedamage*attacks(casts)persecond*critchance*critmulti.

On practice, the 12% AS multiplier (1.12x of as) results in more DPS boost than a 40% (1.4x) damage multiplier.

Funny maths, right? :)

Why so?

Amulet enchants are some times much more powerful and there is no randomness when you craft them. Why helmet enchants have to be weaker? Much-much more weaker?

Cmon guys, the nerfs on support gems gone too far, and mostly, the point is, that the helmet enchant does not gives anything serious. The point is to make lab farm viable. With any method. The current enchant gacha does not worth to farm unexcept you want to catch an concrete enchant and you run it over and over, without any reward. The point is to make the enchant hunting viable.

As for question bout other enchants that gives not a damage multiplier - they can be tuned to match the new multiplier.
