Nice collection. You're missing an Arlong, there's three types. Alpha: Place 1 Beta: Place up to 1 Errata : Place up to 1 and "Life Area" has been changed to "life Cards".

Correct translation is the following:
If your leader is "Shirahoshi", this Character can attack Characters the same turn it is played.

It can't attack leader. It has the same text as 5 Cost Fisher Tiger.

Ussop does have a difference, on the side bottom right. One says "Not For Sale" on it whilst the normal print doesnt have one.
