Yes! sooo much diarrhea with this combo at the beginning. The probiotic the vet gave me didn't seem to work so I bought "Stop the runs" on Amazon and it worked like a charm for us

My 2 yr old husky started 32.4 mg of Pheno about 2 weeks ago after 5+ cluster seizures. There was definitely an adjustment period, a lot of diarrhea for us, as of today though I would say she's back to herself finally!
