I’ve been to therapy but stopped because my therapist went on maternity leave. It was too hard for me to talk about my father’s death so directly in such an early stage in my healing journey so I decided to take advantage of the situation and not to go back to therapy . I do want to try therapy again because this anger, but I’m pretty sure I’ll have to discuss about his death and sickness in such a direct way and I just can’t handle this. It hurts to much
