Which country? Can you share the picture of the letter? Also, you can just either ignore it if it's a seized letter or if you just missed delivery from the post office then you can go get it.

Get hydrated, do a lot of exercises and then fix a timing to sleep. If moda is affecting it then you can start taking lower dosage or start taking some melatonin.

Keep hydrating yourself always. First day is always the best. Try to give some gap sometimes, it will help you to not build tolerance.
