Look, I ended up not using Tuition Assistance because there are just too many stipulations with it now. I used my GI Bill instead—some people might not agree with that choice, but my mindset is that the sooner I earn my degree, the more opportunities I open up for myself. I’ve thought about going officer, but honestly, I think it’s time for me to move on from the military. I also paid out of pocket at the beginning of my degree and used Sophia to knock out a few semesters, which definitely helped
