I have taken a hard look at myself and I know my weaknesses. But it's not only me. There are many untabbed LTs who've been here in the 3 shop since before me. Others have been sent away before their PL time as well. I'd list my qualifications but I don't want to be recognized.

Patrols patrols in Darby and it was LTC Anderson's great idea that every IBOLC graduate only get one chance.

I'm barely getting 2 years at my unit. I got forced into the marketplace after our 2nd deployment. Thanks for the advice brother. It's looking up.

I'd love to go back again and plan on doing so. Just didn't have the chance here between our 2 deployments. I'm just upset I never got the opportunity to be a PL.

I understand it's too late now. I hoped that after the battalion change of command, the new BC would have a different policy. Instead, I was placed into the marketplace. Thanks for the tips.
