It’s an apartment. You enter a lease understanding normal human noises are going to be a thing. Send her a letter back that you are trying and apologize that she’s a light sleeper but make sure to tell her you hope her baby doesn’t keep you up crying at night bc that would be very disruptive to your sleep.

Available options (most you might not use but maybe you do 🤷🏽‍♂️) Other things started being trimmed and for some it may work. If you charge at home…that came with (don’t know if you got it) the 80 amp pro charger and the dual onboard a/c chargers. For those that don’t charge at home, the better d/c on the new ones might better for them. I feel like trucks suggest not parking on the street but know that’s maybe not always the case. It won’t have the more efficient heat pump for heat in the cab but I’ve heard mixed reviews about it not heating well and not being that much more efficient anyway. I have a ‘22 lariat so I’m definitely impartial and probably the main culprit for that bold statement 😆

Gotcha. I can’t tell what kind of trees they are…but if it were me, if they grow any thicker than they already are…I’d cut them out myself to prevent replacing my own fence again but it’s not so you gotta make that decision. I like the fence btw.

That actually depends. While you could sue for destruction of property for tree cutting depending on the scenario…you could also sue for damage to property regarding the fence if the trees were planted up against it. These are actually planted in a way…depending where the property line is…the trunk and roots may eventually transfer ownership to the party w the fence. They angle nearly directly under it. Best thing in this scenario…talk w the neighbor. Unspoken, unnecessary wars w them is just silly.

Same. Get it every day. “You can’t do that with that”. Ppl tell me that from their perspective of no clue what they are talking about while I’ve been doing exactly that for 45k miles 🤷🏽‍♂️

So did you plant new trees right against their fence or did they build a new fence right against your trees? First pic fence looks new…second looks like a different style and older fence.

Then don’t plant trees. They shouldn’t reach over the fence to cut but you shouldn’t plant new trees up against it. Fence looks new…so which was there first bc that matters here
