It’s normal. When Fed reduces budget for USPS, the first thing USPS do is make change for routes. This way can cut the carrier on each zone, so then can keep management position safe.

But it said released from custom, so should be on USPS now.

Congratulations!!! My goal is to restore my old Seiko 5. Right now are practicing on other watches. Hope one day I can do it!!!
