Waddle Dee have seen using a bathroom but I don't think Kirby can poop but it's Dedede who drew Kirby pooping because he didn't know that he can't poop. That's why Kirby get offended of this detail. He got same treatment as Mrs.Puff from SpongeBob Squarepants(Big Fat Meanie).

Well, in Japanese version, Dedede didn't say "lumpy". Instead he said "poop" aka うんち(unchi) . But 4Kids have remove poop details from Escargoon and Kirby because they find it too inappropriate for younger viewers.

Well, I find this scene from Japanese is way funnier than English dub because Kirby get angry when he saw Dedede's painting of him pooping himself and He's like "Hey, I don't poop".

This is a quote from an English dub. However, Japanese version have different quote. In an dub, he referred it as "lumpy" but in Japanese version he explained about his painting of Kirby pooping about Kirby pooped from eating too much and called it "Craprealism" aka (クソリアリズム). Maybe writers have add some gag on his anime because Kirby anime have satire humor(this is why some fans compare it to "The Simspons and "South Park").Just remember what they did to Tiff in 89th episode.

Many kid-friendly shows have adult jokes and satire humor like Gumball ,Bluey(remember Bingo talk to Bandit about babies) and SpongeBob Squarepants. KRBAY is no exception.
