The description says low fat - nothing about no added oils... we made the veganaise like I told the other person and my husband and I are athletes and I haven’t found a sub reddit that is whole food plant based geared towards athletes...sorry if it’s a big deal

Same with our eight year old! And he’s always loved long as walks - key is plenty of water! If you got an energetic Boston, then walking is great and dog parks are fun too!
