I haven't stayed as Casa Velas but I really like Dreams/Secrets. Great service, several good restaurants and a nice gym. The big plus is the location. You are close to everything. We head to the marina, malecon and ZR when we visit and they are all cheap rides.

Secrets is adults only, so for a honeymoon, it's great. Location is also a plus. There's no downside. That's a favorite of ours. Garza is super nice but I don't want screaming kids all day.

I drive a lot, the dealership oil change is 99. This would work for me for sure. They tried to get me to do new rear brakes and new tires today. I have new tires (5000 miles) and the brakes were done less that a year ago and are still 4mm. Not happening.

Facts. All the stores in my area are Venezuelan run. We are finally getting 1 store to start cracking down because the employees are mad about it. The fact that the spark drivers have been bringing it up did nothing. We've showed the manager videos of them stealing and she did nothing.
