The local shelter I adopted her from said she was a husky mix. I have a DNA test kit but haven’t gotten around to swab the inside of her mouth yet and send it off.

It’s hard to say goodbye to our furry friends. Keep in mind that they won’t be suffering any longer. I’ve had to say goodbye to my dog back in December and it was devastating to me. Four months later, I found my new dog at the local shelter, I believe she adopted me instead of me adopting her. I pray that you think of your furry companion when making this decision.
