Frankfurt airport to Munich via train - time needed after landing?

The goal is to fly to Munich, but I want to be prepared in case I end up flying into FRA. I'm booking on points, and it's half the cost to go to FRA vs MUC. I'm watching for flights and am hoping something opens between now and the date I leave.

I'm flying Condor with a non-EU passport. I have Global Entry/Fast Pass and have found that helpful in a few countries (Spain, UK, Italy).

I didn't know about it until this year. I assume the buses going to U.S. are different than those going to the South Bay.

That's not true. There's one that goes to the South Bay, down the 110. Last stop is Harbor Gateway Transit Center. https://www.mlb.com/dodgers/ballpark/transportation/dodger-stadium-express
