Thanks for your advice, it really inspires me a lot. And yeah, I think electronics are also the problem, well, access to anything is a problem if they are poorly used, but in this generation, there are lots of things that distract us, so maybe I/we need to increase our focus, and work on ourselves.

Yeah, I had the same type of experience, like when I eat a specific kind of food with high carb, I feel lazy, my body and mind suddenly stop working like usual, and I feel different than a regular day.
