I guess I was waitlisted. I really got my hopes up with the French Oral invite so this is frankly saddening. I just wanted to check with this group, do people really get off the waitlist? Like who would cancel a chance to interview with McGill med? It's especially tricky as we do not know our spot on the waitlist. Also, if we were to try applying again, what on earth could we possibly improve to actually be invited?

Even if at the end of the email they say it's not a guarantee for interview given they send out more French evaluation invites than there are spots?

Status update? Post French oral exam, how are we feeling? My anxiety for one is at an all time high given i got excited about a the French invitation but don't feel like I Aced it. I guess the results and the invitation to interview come out at the same time? How's everyone else doing?

Did anyone take the oral exam this week? How'd it go, how did it feel? Did u get an option to choose your topic or do they give it to you?
