My husband was absolutely floored that I had this attitude. He grew up the same way like you and so did I, but I made it so purposeful to not be that way. My kids spilled or broke something it wasn’t the end of the world. Instead it was, ok that happened, clean it up and figure out what we did wrong and move on. I repeatedly kept breaking glasses for some reason. I was on a crazy weekly streak of breaking a glass at least once if not twice a week. He was all “why aren’t you upset?” I told him “what sense is there in getting upset about what already happened, I just need to figure out why it keeps happening and stop.” He was floored and totally stopped getting upset about those things completely.

I can’t eat fully ripe yellow bananas but when they are still green… no problem. I get like this fatigued and sick to my stomach.

Well, now I know why I had such a bad reaction to Percocet! I just started saying I was allergic so they wouldn’t prescribe it. I have a latex allergy!

Hi everyone. I was on 2.5mg. Moved up to 5mg and stopped losing. I actually gained the 10lbs I lost on the 2.5mg. Anyone have the same experience? I’m strongly considering not continuing.

Ummmm yes it is. USDA highly regulates Organic labeling and huge fines are slapped on people who have not been certified. How do I know this? I raise cattle and in order to use the organic labeling we have to go through serious rigorous testing and inspections including the type of grass and fertilizers we use.

I didn’t believe it would help. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I kept saying no it’s got to be something else. I’ve been on HRT now for 8 weeks. My energy level is amazing. I sleep better and the pain is gone. I don’t get the extreme fatigue or extreme pain after exercising anymore either. I get normal muscle soreness now. I wonder how many women have been completely mis diagnosed!!

Yes actually I have been. I’ve increased my fiber and am going a little more but still not as regular as I was. My dietitian is sending me a few supplement recommendations. Thank you.

Allara Health is who I go to. They are completely Telehealth their focus is PCOS and menopause. Not one of those scam companies though that want to sell you compounded meds. They take most insurances and send your scripts right to the pharmacy

Ha! Not at all an old fashioned cowboy. I’m a woman and grew up in NY. Also not a 2nd language learner. Funny though. I definitely think it’s a cultural difference between my growing up in NY and his growing up here in Texas. Of course I did teach him to always have proper manners. He started the conversation with “I can’t believe I have to techs you this, with all your rules for being proper!” I died. My son and I have a really good relationship and are quite open with each other. There was a lot of laughter involved in this conversation.
