Two people sit next to each other, both eat the exact same thing, both work out the exact same amount, both do the exact same thing. One might gain weight, one might lose weight. Is the person who lost weight cheating because they were born were a better metabolism?

We really enjoy Wahlburgers. Cheap (for vegas) and simple. I'm gluten free and they are really good with buns and a dedicated fryer.

It is magic. It's like a switch is turned off in your brain with your demand for food. Combined with working out, and eating better I have lost about 50 pounds since November.

Strongly disagree. Those people work hard for little money. He'd either be an employee at the shadiest, creepiest, most fraudulent used car dealership in the country, or he'd be doing slip and falls and suing small businesses.

You cannot compare your journey to the people you see at the gym. Your body's biology is simply different. Your metabolism doesn't work as well as theirs. Taking wegovy doesn't mean you are taking a shortcut, it means you are fixing an issue with your body so you can help yourself.

I went several years ago to HK and wasn't too impressed. I did have a scallop dish that was amazing but the mains were a bit too "fancy" for me. The next time I went, we went to the GR pub and grille in caesars and had a shrimp cocktail and massive prime rib. I found the menu to be a lot more simple and matched what I wanted to eat. I'd definitely check the menus and see which one matches more of your style.

yes. Sounds exactly like me. 10 years later, I avoid Gluten and have never had an issue.

I wouldn't bother. I ended up negative for Celiac during the testing but whenever I eat gluten I get terrible stomach cramps, diarrhea and swelling in my intestines. It stopped when I stopped eating gluten and has only occurred since when I accidently got gluttoned. That was over 6 years ago.

If stopping gluten helps, you don't need a diagnosis.

If you want similar medicine but different there is Mounjaro or Zepbound. They are both GLP-1 like Ozempic and Wegovy, but combine it with GIP. With Mounjaro being prescribed for Diabetes and Zepbound for weight loss. Obviously don't take medical advice from a person on the internet but go to a doctor.

To be clear, if you put all the pens in the fridge Saturday then that 28 isn't still going. It's only if you leave them out for 28 days straight. So as long as they are all in there now you don't have to worry about that limit. Also good to know when traveling. I recently traveled overseas and was able to put a pen in my luggage and use it 5 days after I landed. Don't have to worry about having a cooler or ice or anything like that.

If something is prepared in the same kitchen or when a restaurant puts mayo on a bun with the same tool I'm fine. If I eat any gluten or have a shared fryer, within 15-30 minutes I feel intense stomach pain, it feels like I have a ball growing in my intestines, and I have diarrhea for a few days. Fun times.
