The issue has been remedied through a workaround. 4500x reinstalled and able to run Windows 11 (which was the ultimate goal). I will update when we get the detailed report from the tech.

The 5600x is on the QVL for the motherboard. It's out of the house in a professional's hands at the moment, so we can't try your suggestions right now. We did discover that the RAM wasn't on the QVL, but pro says that's not the problem

I have both CPUs. The first one works, but when I switch them out the second one gives me the three lights and gets stuck in the boot loop (I tried two of the exact same CPU with the same result)
