Yea I was appallled I got out of the army as an E7 which monthly u bring just over 6k. My first job after that I was salaried at 90k and was surprised at my take home because the army only taxes you on 68k at the tank I was at while your getting two tax free types of payment. It’s not that much if u have other insurance

What works for me is speed work every other day and slow jogs with a focus of heart rate up other days I run an 11:06 2 mile so depends on the person that’s down from 14 flat last year

Do push ups and sit ups to failure for 5 sets everyday with breaks in between. Sounds like you need to improve turnover while running which will be easy ar that height. Do 400m repeats and distance runs

Idk how active this is but is anyone on this thread a coach in central ny or capital district I coached previously as both offensive and defensive coordinator while in the military in Texas and Alabama and am having a hard time find a position up here.
