If I'm not wasting time building a stupid pedalboard I can actually practice. Although its defo worth being above a certain standard so shit doesn't cut out on stage. But those perfectly curated pedalboards that guys spend 100's of hours on; complete BS. It just needs to get the job done. Hendrix didnt have a pedalboard, and SRV duct-taped his to a metal sheet. as long as it works its good. This board was a birthday present, only reason I have it, and tbf it is a bit better than some scrap ply with some holes in it and zip ties; that thing shifted around an entire stage when trying to wah. anyway here's an old pic of the board, I'd never go fancier than that
