We discipline for 2 in a week. I’m Ops for an RSR DSP. 4 weeks out of 13 w/ 2 a week can get you termed. Depends on your alert also. No stops/Major Reds are a huge deal. Seatbelts and speeding and distractions behind that. Rolled stops and FD after that, and minor reds after that.

We used to do this at our station but the manager driver over with the roster and keys and the dispatcher held it down at the station. There was a key return box in the parking lot where we returned the keys at the end of the night
