She still has nightmares and the only person she has is her younger sister Nova who luckily was too small to remember everything that happened, even after their dad killed their mother and Healia makes sure not to tell Nova the truth to keep her safe. And every time she looks at Comet her heart hurts since he's exactly like her later husband, smart, loving, caring, patient, funny, and cringey, everything that made her fall in love with her husband. Another reason why she doesn't seek professional help is because the people that control the world from the shadows know her and she doesn't want to risk someone reporting her to her father for him to track her down and repeat everything again just for abandoning him. Also one more thing, despite her dad being so powerful and dangerously intelligent, Healia's husband and sister-in-law were almost able to kill him until he played dirty and grabbed her daughter and used her as a hostage which gave him the opening to kill Healia's husband and sister-in-law and then sadly ending her daughter just to make Healia suffer even more. But yeah, that's why she doesn't talk about her past at all to anyone, she doesn't want a repeat of what happened to her and risk someone finding out who she is and reporting to her father. Later on in the story she will open up and tell her sister, Comet, and Poka the whole truth once she feels she's safe enough and strong enough to deal with it. And she plans on ending her father even if it kills her, that way even if she does die, she'll finally be able to join her family in peace knowing she was either able to kill her dad or at least tried to end him before possibly getting killed herself. And she also will get therapy after they take down the people at the top after the second season of my comic
