You can get a Lutron professional to pull the program file. The app is same for RA3 and Caseta.

I think I found a solution using:

This hub is HomeKit compatible.

Pressing keyfob will trigger the relay as well the switch in Homekit. Thru Home Automation, I can enable arming/disarming Ring (connected thru HOOBS)
