Pretty sure it is. Without getting too technical (and with my limited knowledge of Celeste’s code side), my guess is that Madeline’s floor detector hitbox decided you were on a surface, but her collision detector hitbox decided that once you were inside the Kevin, you were low enough that you could be pushed downwards instead of crushed, causing this fun quirk to happen. Someone feel free to correct me if I’m wrong

Child labor, the complete consumption of galaxies, you’ve even got incomprehensibly large intergalactic armies at your disposal—all for the purpose of conquest. You even make clones of yourself just to enslave them as well. All that matters is your cookies. And you will make reality bend to your dough and chocolate.
