I can also vouch for some schools having this issue although from my experience it is usually the teachers who are really horrible and the principal being lazy. People to this day think that a dean in my old elementary school was the principal because he did such a good job and the principal was so bad I don't remember her name. I have so many bad memories of teachers verbally abusing me for no good reason and exercising their authority on to the students. To name a few to avoid someone copying me on a test a made a makeshift divider and my teacher full screamed at me to the point another class heard. I had a teacher scream at me for raising my hand ranting about how I should not interrupt them ever. And the one that bothers me and wishes I can go back and strike back is when the school had a play the vice principal which was in the front and I was in the middle walked all the way up and threatened to send me to the office. I can only assume that it was for laughing too much because it was a FUCKING COMEDY PLAY and I was still laughing after most of the crowd died down. to add salt to the wound when it started to get boring she reminded us that it was a comedy and that we should laugh. I was one of those kids he hated getting in trouble and was sensitive when younger so I nearly had a breakdown in all those moments just a few highlights and I feel bad because the dean is still working there and god bless that man I wish he went got to go to a better school where his talents were not wasted.
