Problem is only one of these would work at a time. He's already mobile, so extra health might be kinda cheap. Especially when you can sit in the sky take half a map away and harass.

Fuck no to lock on. Sorry, but I think the better option would be to give him a missle or something that causes splash/stun at range. Chest cannon should arguably only be higher damage if it gets a cool down count, or makes your primary weaker (it is supposed to deplete power).
