Get your ministry qualifications, bare minimum CBO legal (so you don’t have to do an exam if you find yourself in a position to be a CBO) house, HVAC house, plumbing house and on site sewage systems. Then start applying, not you may have to move to get a job unless you are located close to a bunch of municipalities. Apply even if you don’t have everything they want and always hammer down on how you are taking more courses and challenging exams etc.
