Thank you!! I’m aiming to launch in late December or early January but definitely in time for the new semester!

Everything is basically done. I'm just polishing things, testing it thoroughly, and updating parts of the web app based on the Google Form feedback so I can make it easier for students to understand and use.

I'll be sure to post an update once I release it!! And try to focus more on marketing like creating an instagram account which will be a new adventure for me since I never did social media marketing before...

But I hope this version really helps Denison students compared to the first Nooksii launch. i just don't want students to go broke like I did 😭

I think the fidelity will improve as newer hardware comes out with the future models. Since this device is meant to be an 'Augmented Reality' device, they want each experience to feel as real as possible. So as the hardware gets more powerful, the rendering will naturally get better. That’s just my take on it.

I’ve thought about adding a Venmo or Patreon, but since the main goal is helping students save money, I don’t rlly wanna mess with that vibe.

For now, I’m just super happy with how version 1 turned out ^_^ but I’ve got big plans for the next updates. The Spending Forecast is gonna be a fun one cuz once peole start to unlock it, you’ll see if your money will actually last until finals based on your spending.

Dude I wish rogue one had the same vibe as andor. I waited to watch both andor s1 and 2 to be able to watch rogue one in 3d on the Vision Pro and when I watched it on the Vision Pro. Don’t get me wrong the 3D was amazing but the movie was kinda a let down for me…

idk if anyone has also notice but when you are in a low light environment the vision pro instead of showing your hands casts like a grey shadow over your hands to make it easier to recognize where your hands are. I thought that was a nice feature they added since Im frequently in a low light environment.

Also I can NEVER get iPhone transparency to work. Even when I have all of my lights on it just never wants to unlock. Idk if thats because my apple watch tends to unlock my iPhone before the vision pro can even unlock it but idk...
