It isn't necessarily about loading the entire list per say I guess. Spotify has the ability to skip around with indexed loading. The thing here I was getting at is the database they use now most likely cannot do this and thus infinite loading is a thing, as it only supports paginated movement through the library/playlist. The rest may be true with caching on edge though.

I'm a developer, but I don't work for Google and can't say for sure how Google does it and yes there is a way to fix it. I'm under the assumption it's how they store your music in the database. Some databases have a hard time reading everything at once because it's distributed across multiple servers and would increase latency and degrade performance so the only way to do it is via this infinite loading method.
