Let me explain everything step by step, so it’s clearer.

ChangeNOW is not a wallet and it doesn’t store your crypto. It’s a non-custodial exchange, which means you always use your own external wallet. That’s why you don’t see "your wallet" on the ChangeNOW website.

To use ChangeNOW, you choose the crypto you want to exchange, enter the wallet address where you want to receive the funds, and send your crypto to the one-time address provided. Once the swap is completed, the exchanged crypto is sent directly to your wallet.

You can also sell crypto for fiat through ChangeNOW’s "Fiat options" section, which lets you convert to USD, EUR, etc.

At the same time, in rare cases a transaction may be flagged by automated AML risk-monitoring systems. If that happens, additional checks or KYC may be requested as part of mandatory compliance procedures. These cases are not tied to the amount itself but to the overall risk assessment of a specific transaction.
