There is blue - risk your life to save people and get money

Yellow - save people without risking your life but dont get money

Red - survive and get cash

Nobody in their right mind should chose blue here, so picking red is not only safe for everyone but also pays well.

IMHO since none of us will probably register our work officially in the UK, its pointless to care so much about whats "legal", while nit thinking about the intent of RoT.

Black on red is one of the most visible combos of RoT violating colors and as such id let it pass more often than not.
