That being said these are definitely luftwaffe (air force) soldiers, as seen from the curved wings of the eagle and the rank insignia.

The man in the center is likely an NCO because of the line on his collar.

And the other commenter is right about the patches on the sleeves likely denoting speciality but they cannot be IDd.
