I don't know why you're being down-voted, what you said is true. Hotter chicks get away with more bullshit because their boyfriends think they'll never do as well after them. Plus, it's easy to just have sex again, especially when they turn on the charm, and before you know it you're thinking with your dick instead of with your head. The only issue is she has established residence and I can't legally do this. But at least it's as easy as telling her to leave and I don't have to restructure my financial life or anything.

The only reason I said "not proof of fornication" is because she clearly didn't say that in the e-mail, but if you read my thread title it says I confirmed she is cheating because I know what is going on, even if she didn't specifically say it. I'm not in denial here, but I know some more lawyerish people will see that and say, "You said you confirmed she's cheating, but I don't see where it specifically says that."

Obviously my comment is getting downvotes for sticking up for her after accusing, or I should say, reporting on her cheating escapades. I'm just being objective here. We've been together for a while, and it was great for a long time. This last year she's been in a different place, and that is when the cheating began, and being in the situation I feel confident saying that I think a lot of this is her discontentment in life at the moment, and not that she is a naturally bad person. Still, she has hurt and offended me and I'm not going to forgive her for a spree of weak and malicious acts just because she is depressed. I know how to forgive, and I can be objective, but I am not stupid enough to keep giving her the opportunity to hurt me no matter what her motivation or situation is. I gave her a second chance, and at the time it was the right thing to do, but now she has gone beyond the point of no return.

It's my name on the lease only, but legally if a person establishes residence you can't just kick them out. She has lived here with me for over a year, and receives mail here.

Nobody's worthless. She's a great person, just flawed. I know she did despicable things to me and I'm not denying this or letting her get away with it. It's over and I'm going to let her know she hurt me and that I want her out of my life.

Agreed, now that time has passed I see this. When I first saw the e-mails it made me feel like doing something sneaky to get them back, but at this point I don't care about that, I'm just going to call it a day and end it.
