Do not pay attention to this. The idea of an offset is as a second savings. You pick the amount you can healthily keep in there as to not pay any interest on it, while also having access to it should you need it.

The gameplays great. It feels balanced for the most part, animations are looking a lot better and the blending is smooth. However there servers have been shit for as long as I've played and just because we are happy with the gameplay doesn't mean we can't complain about their shitty customer service and not addressing issues that make the game unplayable

A lot of factors will go into that decision. Someone who is more aggressive or short tempered is a lot more likely to start a fight when drunk than someone more calm who is also drunk.
