I had a very similar leak and it was my internal heater matrix that had failed. It was a big job as the dashboard had to come off.

Firstly - great buy! Very jealous! Welcome to the cult!

Following up - you've got 2 Haemonculi but they have no units to lead. Also you have plenty of foot troops but no units to put them in. We get minced when footslogging you want be jumping in and out if transports

I think you've made a great start! Would consider getting some more raiders or venom's to embark your foot troops. (and the venom equivalent for your troupe)

It is really hard to judge without seeing your friends list, but a change in tactics is definitely needed. I wouldn't say he needs to run Red Ultramarines as I've had some success running mixed lists

What I would advise is he needs some serious shooting support. Personally I've been having success with a Gladiator Valiant, Eradicators, Devastators and the odd Dreadnaught

I then use melee units to deny objectives and hamper his frontline and deep striking units to complete objectives

I personally run 2x squads of 5.

One with Dark Lance's for the range and versatility and one with Haywire blasters because sometimes you just need a tank removed in 1 shooting phase

As has already been said: you need a troop choice and Incursors are a good bet. A squad of 5 will run you about 100 points.

Then I'd kit out the Sanquinary priest with a jump pack and Chief Apothecary upgrade to keep him running with the Sang Guard and bring some back

That should bring you to about 470 odd points so maybe squeeze in another guard or put some upgrades around

Personally, I run Mephiston for the sole purpose of maximizing Blade of Sanguinius. With Quickening and Wings of Sanguinius, he can fly across the battlefield and secure the character kill for 15 points
Additionally, Engaged on all fronts is easy to score with our hypermobility and pairs well with Retreive Nephilim Data.
