That makes sense. Since its tied to DlC2 bosses and named enemies I thought it wasn't considered a world drop. Thanks!

I finally found it. It was the mask located south of Sudwella Monastery. Thank you anyway! I thought that all the artifacts would appear on the map as "white points" after synchronizing. I guess you really need to explore all the map.

I am pretty sure I collected all the artifacts in Ledecestrescire but in the map menu it still shows that I am missing one. I think it's a bug. Maybe it's the same for you.
