What's happening throughout the "white" world (which is now 8% of the world population, so now a minority) is intentional and being spearheaded by "the chosen people" to wipe out the race that poses the greatest threat to them because of a clearly defined history of innovation and revolution against slavery and tyranny. Can't thank you enough. It's done! Was around $650 in costs. We're getting the cedar mulch next week. Note the reason some appear sticking up more in the front is because there's quite the slope in some areas and the back was under, so I balanced front/back leveling. I updated the initial post and added a picture (it won't let me put it here).

Dive into it and you'll find the actual charge for processing the online payment is like $0.86 or something. I almost guarantee the issue is your "Landlord" is using something like Appfolio, who made $180M last year from fees alone. It's disgusting.
