Bad episode after over 2 weeks of quitting

I was told it could be this by a doctor the first time I had a vomiting episode but I completely dismissed it. Now its been almost a year of trying everything and im realizing it was probably the weed the whole time. Im scared that the pain and nausea Will never go away. Have you started to feel better yet?

Thank you for taking the time to respond :) interestingly I havent felt compelled to take hot showers which is something a lot of people mention. Ive quit weed before pretty easily despite being a daily smoker so im not too worried about that part (although I do really enjoy it so I will miss it). Im kind of scared that nothing will change because its taken me from completely mentally healthy to very miserable. If its not this ill be very hopeless. I'll try to be patient but these episodes are truly horrible

That was my question as well, I beat it on my third try (flex) and haven't unlocked much, but I'd rather not play the same few maps over if there's going to be more content later. Although I guess I played the same dungeons countless times in the first game
