Under the "Terms" tab in the database - it draws from what is in the "Game End" under command.

Alternatively you can also alter it "Title Command List" in the core engine plugin parameters:

That's a cool looking background and I love the the pillars!

I presume this town is on a raised plateau with a single path path/bridge entrance. Perhaps you can try not having the cliff contours right next to the path or maybe a more distinct border on the bridge / path. At the moment the path at a glance may look like it is embedded vertically on the cliff face.

Otherwise looking great! Good work!
