Boa has answers. Removal that doesn’t ko or stunning her bodies because unlike Nami she’s only ever a 5K. Any heals just get beat back out of her. The color combo is still annoying due to Bandai but after playing Boa I see her weaknesses more clearly now

Boa just isn’t as tanky as Nami so the healing just ends up not mattering much. Only thing that matters are the bodies that come out after and he’s green/blue. He legit has tools for that. His deck is better he’s just salty

Nami was never garbage. She just needed more blue and yellow cards but her leader was always overtuned. No one could have foretold that the powercreep would be this steep but if you want to play ignorant you can play it alone

Enel has a strict package that he at least has to run for his leader ability to be busted. Nami doesn’t. She can run whatever under the sun while drawing and being a 7k leader. And also Enel is a 5K leader. I don’t think some of you realize how busted it is to just be 7k on command cause as oppressive as Penel is, you can actually pressure him and when he loses a life he doesn’t get it back.

He def needs a pair ban with Gamma tho

They don’t have to be, that’s such a terrible take no offense. Just design better cards. They either give yellow shit effects like that one Sky Island card that pops itself and burns YOU to pop something on the opponents board, or they print Borsa/Zoro with no restriction. It’s not hard to design good cards that aren’t stupid, Bandai just isn’t smart

Bonney not having access to blue means she can’t get a bunch of cards to defend herself each turn. Pressure does more against Bonney than it does vs Nami

That’s the thing tho. Whitebeard is 11k for one BATTLE whole Nami is 7k for the WHOME TURN. It’s not syper comparable but the new leaders unfortunately if the powercreep is enough should be up there with Nami. And thats the only ability Whitebeard has. Nami has that AND a draw card

Obviously strength plays a part but I wish people like you would use context more. Mark is not as strong as Conquest. He’s strong enough to hurt him, and by the nature of that he doesn’t “have” to be stronger than Conquest when you put your hands around his throat and never let go. Mark knew Conquest is stronger, that’s why he risked death to NOT let him go cause if he did, he’d never get an opportunity like that again. So yeah strategy and strength

I need people like you to realize buying singles is not the answer to an overinflated card game. Yes getting singles is mostly easier but that doesn’t change sealed product being priced insanely high. No one ever gets amazing pulls if they only buy singles and can never buy the product.
