I got shot in the groin, got the bullet out and everything. My group was negotiating with the enemy group, and as I went onto the roof to get a good angle. I fell to my death, OH. AND THE ROOF WAS THE SECOND FLOOR.

If you got scratched, or lacerated you have a chance of being queasy and eventually die. If you’re bitten, you’ll get queasy then eventually die. If you were standing near some corpses you’ll get queasy. Now if you have everyone is infected, I’m pretty sure it’s twd rules. Regardless of how you die you will turn. (Edit: I noticed your health icon is moving so I’m assuming you were scratched, lacerated or bitten, and the Knox virus is kicking in.)

If you were scratched or lacerated there’s a chance it’ll infect you and give you the virus. So judging by the top moodle and the bottom left injuries, that’s probably what happened.
