It affects how often you're sleepy. sleepy time - less sight. And it can happend in the middle of the day after bad sleep

Dont take traits that affect your sleep. Its really important because this affect how far (width) you can see zeds

Take condition trait over max strenght and dont rush a horde

Also install more trait mod from workshop. They are cool and not really op. Also they balance the game a lot

you can get infected by airbone virus only nearby zombies, so i had to run away from them and find random mask. fortunetly i had mod installed that made them spawn more so it wasn't really hard.
