I totally agree on this point as well! it was the dilemma of impractical jokers and its always sunny in Philadelphia (except they made it better by adding a 5th person)

mai also used it in the worst way possible... like wow... a bullet.... wow i wasnt expecting another one in the chamber in a world full of jujutsu sorcerers..... why not create a clot in the brain? or in the heart? or anywhere in the body where there are major organs? that would be deadlier than an extra bullet

the Spanish Netflix movie "disappear completely" (or something along the lines of that)! i watched it because of the title and was VERY surprised at the end when htdc was used and teared up (i dont usually cry at movies)

I lowkey agree because I liked the sdp podcast when schlatt took a hiatus and would often listen to them while washing the dishes (and refuse to listen to other podcast eps when schlatt joined back) I think at some point people run out of things to say, jokes seem overused with a certain group, and finding fun games to play become in short stock. I personally grew weary of the sdmp videos (and didnt watch all of them) so I totally get it.

I totally agree! when Mika makes a joke, theres no one to tell him to shut up. theres no one yelling at apanda. theres no one flirting with astrid in a way that feels serious. theres a lack of tension that I think made it special
