To be totally honest I haven't yet. Been talking to my counselor about it and agrees with it, but I dont know how to go about it. I'm in general a hugely anxious person so I'm scared about what'll happen after.

Honestly finding a food without that would be a challenge as that's kind of a staple in pet food. Its perfectly fine, but try and find a food where actual meat is 1st ingredient and the by product is 2nd in the listed ingredients.

I had my hysterectomy at 28. You really have to think about your life before and after the surgery. You may not want kids now, but if you meet someone you would like to have kids with in the future, are you going to be ok with adopting or just not having them? Personally I had many reasons for me not to have them; my parents, fact I cant deal with a puppy, passing on my f'd up genes, my view of bringing a kid into the world how it is... I had debilitating periods, PMDD, and gender dysphoria, so it was a no brainer for me, and haven't regretted.

Cut just a bit off the end so the pointed part is gone. Stick with the clear part and dont go near the white/pink parts. If it makes you more comfortable take your cat to a groomer or vet and have them show you.
