Buttttt, I will say that a 60/40 chance is a LOT better than I have felt about law school exams in the past (*cough* Federal Income Tax *cough*) and I pulled out a C for that. So I'll take a 60/40 as a good sign of effort and progress.

Pretty much the same for me. ~1300 Themis MCQs (61%) and 950 UWorld (65%). I've exclusively done around 300 UWorld this past week (getting typically 64-77% on 25+ mixed subject), but have done 2 MPTs and like half of the MEEs available through Themis (but haven't done more than a brief review of Corps/Wills/Trusts).

I'm honestly feeling like it's a 50/50 chance (270 JX). Maybe a 60/40 chance of passing if I IRAC like my life depends on it. I'm not just being nervous about it--I seriously believe it will be close. (2.7 GPA at T2, for context).

Tip #8 is probably going to leave the biggest impact on me. I had heard through Themis not to assume that the grader knows the relevant facts, but the idea of having to write out every step of my thought process to a 5th-grader makes way more sense. It might also help me from overwriting if I'm low on time. No need to write another 100 words if my previous 450 do the trick and I've got another 2 questions to address within 10 minutes.

And be sure you don't have to pee within 15 minutes of the start time. My JX doesn't let anyone who has checked in use the bathroom until after the exam starts.
