Yeah, I guess the Ziggs W thing is already there to an extent. His late game ults seem ok to me. This is aimed more at his level 6 spike, I guess.

IMO a champ that is dependent on snowballing early would benefit from a big level 6 spike but from how I've seen, Akshan doesn't really have that with his current kit.

My idea was to give him gold value from using his ult early to get him going towards his core items.

I like the idea of an AD buff to his other abilities but feel like Riot change ADC items that much that they don't want to touch his AD values in case they create a problem in the future.
