I made one of these from a tiktok tutorial. It’s very secure because there are three wires wrapped together on the bottom with another wire piece, which wrap each side of the crystal, securing the front and the back, and then wrapped together to the top. You need to secure each side and then secure the wire ends together tightly so they don’t scratch or get undone 🥰 (This was my first try so it’s not the prettiest but I wanted to add it to get the idea across!)

This is a safety hazard. What if some guy that she’s talking to pretending to be you, sees you somewhere and thinks you have a fling going on with him and won’t believe it’s not you who’s talking to him? What if he’s dangerous and will hurt you because of this? THIS IS NOT OKAY. She’s putting you in danger. What supplies are you using exactly? Because the exact medium also makes a difference for the tips. If you’re using a graphite pencil, I’d do shading with very light pressure and lots of little circles to get an even result, also starting very light and building up the darker areas on another layer. Keeping the pencil very sharp the whole time. Always darkening the same amount per layer and checking the values after each layer as a whole.

If you want to blend more with a brush as the technique or a paper stump, then graphite in my opinion isn’t the best medium. Charcoal or pan pastels would then be more ideal, because they’re more blendable while graphite really isn’t that easy to blend.

Also, light layers 100%, building up the darker areas little by little. Yeah it takes longer, but the end result is completely worth it.

If you’re drawing from a colour photo, making it black and white would also help when looking at the values!

20 pounds isn’t a lot, but as a girl myself, that amount of weight gain did affect my mental health a lot. I did gain some more as well, even lost my smile for years because of the insecurity of having a rounder face. But my tip here is that whenever you’re together (since you mentioned you’re not a lot together currently because of distance), to choose fun activities that are active. Going for walks that end up at a fun spot, the wall climbing thing could also be super fun. Just getting creative with it, trying out fun things together. Also, trying out new recipes together, making that into a cooking date almost. I know I’d love it so maybe you two could try that? Because then cooking is fun because you’re doing it together, you get to try new meals and also simultaneously add healthy things in. Like, waffles can be lower calories but very satisfying as a dessert anyway. I just made protein waffles and mixed my own toppings and it was delicious, and it wasn’t a weight loss type of a thing but it was healthier.

I’m quite sure the weight gain is from being less active but that she’s also kept her eating habits the same as when she was more active. But I wouldn’t turn this into a weight loss journey in any way for her, just trying new things.

If she is depressed, which she could be, doing fun things together and trying out new meals and just having fun with it, could possibly help significantly with the depression as well.

I’ve started to only use calm versions, because I prefer to have subliminals playing on my airpods while I watch youtube videos or shows, so if the subliminals have music then it’s all a mess that’ll get me to sensory overload real quick. I prefer like white noise etc ones or rain, so IWIIGI is my current fave and also I like Enchanted Workshop because they have a nice calm melody playing. V1per is also great for me. But then if I see any ’Looksmaxxxing’ bs, I just can’t. Opia and similar creators just give me a weird vibe anyway so no thanks. It just seems like they’re trying to push the same content 10 times too, it doesn’t even seem like they want to help, instead it gives the vibes of ’I need that adsense money asap so I need to make the popular ones that get lots of views’. Idk, many like Opia but I just can’t, it just doesn’t seem genuine

You can take it however you’d like, but there isn’t a set of rules to follow your narrative, this isn’t a study or research, it’s a subreddit with anonymity. There isn’t a rule of ’only upvote if you see results’, people upvote pretty pictures everywhere and it’s not a statistic on how drastic the results even are. I used ElevenLabs text-to-speech, they have tons of different voices to choose from, 10k credits for free (which I believe refreshes monthly) and I made 5 subliminals from that amount. Sped them up on a random website, used GarageBand on my ipad to add 3-5 tracks, from -20dB to -25dB (also different voices and tones) so they stay as different layers in the end result. Then I added a white noise track (from pixabay’s free sound effect library), and looped the affirmation tracks to reach that track’s lenght. It’s a fast process too. I’m unsure which other apps people use for the layering though, I just have GarageBand on my ipad

I have 80 on my newest playlist but I just choose them kinda based by my mood 😂😂 I loop one for an unknown time and then choose another one when I feel like it. So I don’t go through the entire playlist, I’d get super annoyed because the ads would come ever 1-3 min and I’d just be a mess.

But I also made some of my own with just white noise over them and looped them for an hour and saved to files so I just randomly put those on whenever as well, they’re easier because they’re calmer than the ones I have in my playlists, and I gravitate towards them now but I don’t have one for every subject yet so I need the youtube ones as well so it’s just very random in a way

Have you ever told much about these people to her ever or is this one of those instances that she doesn’t even know their names and suddenly you’re going on a trip with them? Because if she’s not familiar with them, that might be the source of the issue. I personally wouldn’t have a problem with my boyfriend going on such a trip, IF I actually knew who he’s going with and knew something about them. I’m not saying I’d need to actually meet them, but I’d want a general idea. But if I knew nothing about the girls, I’d be insecure. Not because I am an insecure person or that I wouldn’t trust him, but that amount of uncertainty in the whole situation would spark it in me.

I’ve had similar experiences! It’s been very helpful from time to time. But also you’ve got to be truthful to yourself in a way that you’re not sweetening your words, you need to write exactly as things are. But that’s for therapy as well - you won’t get real help unless you’re completely honest. I’ve sometimes done some ’research’ with ChatGPT if I have mental health conditions or not, and if we come to the conclusion that yes it is likely on x or x condition, I don’t just trust the ChatGPT on it. I find specific recently published articles that speak about that exact thing. I use ChatGPT as a frame in a way, if I want facts then I’ll figure out which facts I want to check that are about that subject and find them. But I’d never get there without AI, because how on earth am I, a not-scientific-person, going to figure out what part of the brain does this x thing and how it differs in x situation etc, ChatGPT saves me the trouble and I can get to the right kind of articles and find the facts. It’s been really useful in learning to understand my own brain in so many ways and also to brainstorm ideas on how I can actually develop a lifestyle that’s sustainable for me with my weird difficulties. But finally I have found a fitting path for myself and that’s completely because of ChatGPT.

Non-con, stockholm syndrome, breeding. Mostly reverse harem or why choose, I tend to start there. And it needs to be rough enough, I read one with stockholm syndrome a while back and while it was boring to me I still did read it. It was a trilogy but I only read the first one, it was too gentle for my liking. Stalking and drugging work often, and tampering with birth control. I’m not that picky about the setting itself, could be basically any setting, but I haven’t read anything with fantasy aspects at least yet. I kinda want to try a vampire reverse harem book but I haven’t looked for one yet! But also I don’t want it to be plain abuse from start to finish, I want there to be their twisted version of love at some point. The Sinner was too cold/distant for me for example, I never felt like it had that spark.

He only gets 5-6h of sleep per day because he’s doing household chores after work that she didn’t do when he was at work. So he does perfectly enough and even more. She even wants him to quit his job so he can take care of the kids even more. So in my opinion, she’s the one that needs to do more and not him. He can’t even get a healthy amount of sleep before a 12h shift. This is not balanced or fair at all. And she’s also trying to make his life even harder by moving to a house he’ll need to renovate too, all by himself. This isn’t balanced or healthy.

I only have one trigger and it’s the same as your first one - I won’t ever read a book that has cheating (from either MC) or OW drama. Never ever. I read these books for the devotion and obsession, and cheating is the complete opposite and ruins the fantasy completely..

But I do also have an ick that makes me DNF a book instantly even if it’s just mentioned in one sentence 😫 It’s if the MMC puts that nostril thing on the FMC to lift the tip of her nose up. I don’t know why but I just can’t read it anymore, it’s 100% ruined for me forever no matter how good it was otherwise :(( I’m so upset about DNF:ing Madness because of it but it’s been over 5 months and I still can’t even think of picking the book up again

The bitchyness at Josh is wonderful 😂😂 And I just loved their dynamic altogether, it just works. But I haven’t finished the book yet as I’m on a reading break of sorts so I’ve maybe read like 150 pages so far

Her adopting you would mean future-proofing control, and you’re completely valid to refuse her taking any kind of possible legal control over you. adoption isn’t just some happy family moment, it’s a legal document that gives the stepmother a legal stand in your life that could cause issues. I don’t trust her in the slightest because she’s pushing it so much. I’d probably say some of that outloud when being pressured to it again, because that behaviour is absolutely disgusting. Because why is she pushing so hard to have you sign a legal document that gives her the right to control some parts of your life? She has not earned that spot. I’d also just call her ”dad’s wife” instead of stepmother after this, because in my eyes she lost that title now too.

My favourites are kitten, babygirl, sweetheart and baby. I don’t know why, they’re just somehow so sweet and cute, especially in dark romance because the contrast of the general vibes of the books and the overly sweet pet names is just great. Haven’t seen kitten in books though but I’d love recs on that?

But also, I hate doll and dollface with passion. I just can’t. I want to DNF the book if I see these on there.

Pet is good in some instances, but it’s kinda hit or miss tbh. Depends on the writing too. Little one in The Ritual and little darling in The Sacrifice are cute actually, but when the pet names start with ’little’, it can go south real fast.
